Have you recently been awarded a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract? If yes, this update is for you!
Effective immediately, newly awarded contractors should not use SIP or EDI-832 to establish their catalogs on GSA Advantage!. Instead, catalogs will now be managed through the FAS Catalog Platform (FCP) once you receive your “Welcome to FCP” email.
This change is designed to ensure a smoother experience and avoid duplicative work.
What You Need to Do:
1. Prepare Your Catalog Data in the Right Template
-
As of MAS Refresh 29 (Aug 28, 2025), vendors must use one of the following:
-
FCP Product File
-
FCP Services Plus File
-
SIN Specific Price Proposal Templates (for a limited set of SINs)
If you submitted your offer on the Products PPT or Services & Training PPT, start converting your data into the FCP template now.

-
2. Wait for the “Welcome to FCP” Email
Do not load catalog data into SIP or EDI-832. Access follows this timeline:
-
Awards Aug 28 – Oct 7 → Eligible Oct 14, 2025
-
Awards Oct 7 – Nov 5 → Eligible Nov 11, 2025
-
Awards after Nov 5 → Additional announcement forthcoming
Contracts awarded before Aug 28 may continue using SIP/EDI-832 until transitioned via bulk onboarding. These vendors will get a 28-day notice before migration.
3. Register Your Contract with VSC
This step is required before you can use FCP and ensures your contract appears on eBuy. You can complete this as soon as your contract is awarded.
Tip: Make sure your Product File or Services Plus File meets validation requirements now to minimize errors when FCP access opens.
