GSA is excited to announce that Purchase Channel Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) catalogs can now use the FAS Catalog Platform (FCP)!
Following a successful pilot in December 2025 with select catalogs from AdvantageSelect, 2GIT Products, and MRFS, GSA is now expanding FCP access to include the remaining eligible Purchase Channel BPAs.
How will I know when my BPA catalog is eligible?
The MAS parent contract will become eligible to use FCP first, and the BPA will become automatically eligible after the MAS contract successfully onboards.
Authorized Negotiators will receive automated notifications:

28, 14, and 7 days before the MAS contract becomes eligible to begin the FCP onboarding process

Once the MAS contract successfully baselines, the BPA can begin the onboarding process.
These automated notifications will include next steps and instructions, so please stay tuned for additional details.
Important: Only users listed as Authorized Negotiators will receive these notifications. GSA recommends that vendors ensure appropriate users are listed on both the MAS contract and associated BPA(s) to improve their ability to manage the BPA catalog.
How are BPAs managed in FCP?
MAS parent catalogs and BPA catalogs will be managed as separate catalogs within FCP, each requiring its own updates and maintenance actions. The BPA catalog history will also display the MAS catalog history, to ensure that catalog data is readily available to BPA users. This structure ensures the BPA catalog can easily identify changes at the MAS level and take appropriate action, providing greater clarity and control when managing BPA-specific offerings.
When will other BPA types onboard to FCP? ?
GSA is prioritizing MAS BPAs with product catalogs that publish to GSA Advantage. This includes the catalogs listed as Authorized BPA Vendors on the Vendor Support Center (VSC).
The broader rollout is expected over the next 1-2 years and is anticipated to include:
