the federal government may have gone on a shutdown at the start of this month, but that didn’t stop General Services Administration (GSA) from issuing the latest set of awards on the OASIS+ GWAC across various domains. GSA issued another 30 awards across Women-owned (WoSB - 12 awards), Service-Disabled Veteran-owned (SDVoSB - 13 awards), and HUBZone (5 awards) Small Businesses across the original domains.
The number of companies anticipated to be authorized to participate by domain are as follows:
- Management & Advisory: HUBZone - 2; SDVOSB - 8; WOSB - 9
- Technical & Engineering: HUBZone - 3; SDVOSB - 9; WOSB - 5
- Intelligence Services: HUBZone - 1; SDVOSB - 1; WOSB - 1

GSA started rolling out awards for different categories (Set-Asides) across all eight domains for OASIS+ starting Sep 09, 2024. So far cumulatively, around 1,000 businesses have been awarded a seat on the GWAC across the original eight (08) domains.
GSA plans to open OASIS+ for On-Ramp soon and will include add five (05) new domains. Earlier in June 2025, the agency put out an RFI for Phase II of OASIS+ GWAC seeks Industry inputs for the new domains. The new domains that will be competed in the Phase II are:
- Business Administration
- Financial Services
- Human Capital
- Marketing and Public Relations
- Social Services
Whether the domains that were competed in Phase I will be recompeted or not remains to be seen.
