The General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) has announced plans to release MAS Refresh 32 for Solicitation 47QSMD20R0001 in June 2026. Along with the refresh, GSA will issue a mass modification that contractors must accept within 30 days of issuance.
One of the most significant updates in Refresh 32 is the implementation of Executive Order 14398 and incorporation of FAR 52.222-90. According to GSA, these changes apply to both existing and future orders issued under MAS contracts. Other changes included in the refresh will apply to new task and delivery orders issued after the effective date, including BPA calls under existing BPAs.
