SDVOSB certification isn’t just a checkbox; in reality, it’s an operational test.

Certification opens the door, but readiness is what keeps you in the room. Many firms realize too late that ‘Ownership’ and ‘Control’ aren’t just about who holds the stock—it’s about how the Operating Agreement is written.
